Subject	Need quick help with ES bushing replacement..

Message	I have a local hod rod shop with my rear cross member trying to get the four large liquid filled bushings out. He called me confused about an outer sleeve (he said kind of like an exhaust pipe type of pipe). Currently he has the inner sleeve and the liquid filled bushing part removed but there still is that outer sleeve and more rubber bushing behind that which lips up over the top and bottom of the outer sleeve. Right now the new ES bushing fits right in but the existing rubber that lips up might conflict with the ES bushing. Does he remove the outer sleeve or what? He's afraid that if he does there will be too much play. Please help.
